The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Eaton’s Filtration Division is currently seeking a **Lead Financial Analyst** to join our high-performing team. In this dynamic role, based at our headquarters in Beachwood, OH—or at our Filtration sites in Chanhassen, MN or Williamsport, MD—you will play a critical part in driving financial strategy and operational excellence across the division. Reporting to the NAFTA Regional Controller, you’ll lead key financial processes, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth, profitability, and continuous improvement.

What will you do?

In this role, you will lead the month-end close process for bookings, sales, margin, and mix, providing variance analysis and performance insights. You will support SIOP and NAFTA sales forecasting, collaborate with sales leaders on market trends, and manage detailed sales and margin analysis by customer, product, and salesperson. You’ll deliver division-wide reporting to guide strategic decisions, partner on quoting and cost modeling for growth initiatives, and automate analytics using tools like OBIEE and Power BI. Additionally, you will oversee Capex reporting, HQ ledger close, and profit planning, while ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls. You will also advise leadership on the financial impacts of operational strategies and drive cost-saving and continuous improvement efforts.

A deep understanding of plant metrics, costing, internal controls, and compliance—combined with the ability to communicate risks and business drivers—will position you as a trusted partner in driving operational and financial excellence.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in accounting and/or finance

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood OH, Chanhassen, MN or Williamsport, MD will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or master’s in finance or accounting from an accredited institution

• CMA accreditation.
