Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst - Dock at our Euclid, Ohio facility! With over 300 employees, our Euclid, OH facility specializes in the manufacturing and repair of main engine fuel pumps, airframe pumps and aftermarket repairs. This site serves both commercial and military aviation.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $45749.97 - $67099.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

The Logistics Analyst encompasses all necessary functions to support receipt and shipment of all materials both domestic and international. They will process and manage MRO receipts, lead the Logistics team to meet all internal and external customer requirements, meet international export and import requirements and insure compliant recordkeeping. This position requires hazardous materials certification for both air and ground shipments and will follow all Eaton's logistics guidelines to support transportation cost out goals.

In this role, you will:

+ Communicate safety observations and lead safety packaging. Review monthly topics.

+ Process sales order shipments and work in process shipments.

+ Prepare, process, and distribute shipping documentation to support commercial, government, domestic and international shipments. Comply withall international and hazardous shipping regulations. Maintain hazardous certification.

+ Process all customer portal shipping requirements.

+ Identify any customer special label placement requirements and communicate to dock attendant

+ Process accurate and timely export customs filing per the regulations

+ Coordinate receipt of documentation from forwarders on Routed Transactions

+ Maintain and follow customer provided routing guides, pack slip notes or determine mode of transportation based on Eaton routing instructions. Interface with customer service to identify customerrequirements

+ Communicate customer service documentation errors prior to completing shipment

+ Support OTD goal

+ Consolidate freight, schedule carriers and maintain carrier systems

+ Analyze small package premium spend. Support transportation cost out as required. Lead in implementing Eaton carrier changes

+ Prioritize material receipts. Receive, unpack, verify and record all incoming materials, supplies, customer orders and equipment

+ Support inventory goals, coordinate process RTV

+ Review incoming documents and mark pertinent information to support system receipt

+ Perform system entry receipt and follow proper distribution of inspection reports, certification, source inspection card

+ Match material receipt label to material receipts, provide certification to Receiving Inspection, consolidate and tag for movement.

+ Prepare incoming MRO receipts and generate appropriate work orders to support turnaround time. Assistin processing PIP and RMA

+ Audit international procurement entries to ensure import compliance. Manage import recordkeeping

+ Audit MRO international entries to ensure import compliance and to reduce unnecessary duty/tax spend

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

+ Minimum two (2) years of logistics experience

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

+ No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Euclid, OH facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

+ This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

+ Proficient Computer Skills; MRP, Word, Excel

+ Experience with SAР

+ Aerospace experience
