As an **Assistant Center Manager** at KEDPLASMA, you’ll be at the heart of our mission: helping save lives through high-quality plasma collection. You’ll support the Center Manager in leading operations, inspiring teams, and ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and donor experience.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    You’ll help drive success across all facets of the center—people, processes, and performance. Your leadership will:

     

    + Ensure our plasma collection operations meet the highest standards for safety, compliance, and donor care.

    + Support recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and performance development of center team members.

    + Champion quality systems and maintain compliance with FDA, EU, and internal protocols.

    + Guide staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every donor.

    + Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and operational reports to support efficiency.

    + Partner with the Center Manager on day-to-day leadership and long-term planning.

    + Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to meet performance goals and grow professionally.

    + Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and trust.

    + Manage personnel actions such as hiring, training, evaluations, and employee relations.

    + Maintain a strong working knowledge of applicable regulations and safety protocols.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Bachelor’s degree** (Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business preferred) OR equivalent experience.

    + **1+ year of supervisory or management experience** , ideally in a regulated environment like plasma, blood collection, or healthcare services.

    + Strong operational skills with knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and CLIA regulations preferred.

    + Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and data systems.

    + Excellent communicator who leads with empathy and integrity.

    Additional Details

    + **Schedule:** Full-time, flexible schedule required including occasional weekends/holidays.

    + **Physical Requirements:** Frequent walking/standing; ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

    + **Travel:** Up to 15% travel to other centers or KEDPLASMA locations as needed.

    + **Work Environment:** Temperature-controlled facility with occasional exposure to -40°C freezer areas and regulated biohazard zones.
