Job Description

We?re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to join our food and beverage operations team serving major sports, concert, and rodeo events in San Antonio. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of goods into our facilities.

Job Responsibilities

+ Oversee receiving operations, ensuring products are received accurately, in proper quantities, and in good condition

+ Supervise and direct receiving staff to maintain efficient and safe workflows

+ Enter all invoices into the Yellow Dog inventory system and code invoices to the appropriate accounting categories

+ Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely invoice processing and payment

+ Assist the Warehouse Manager in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating product transfers to concession and premium areas

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

+ Support ongoing operational needs as directed by the Warehouse Director, Warehouse Manager, or General Manager

Qualifications

+ Experience in warehouse or receiving operations, preferably in a food and beverage or event environment

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Familiarity with inventory systems (experience with Yellow Dog a plus)

+ Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively across departments

+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and event days

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
