    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and safety compliance

    + Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery

    + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime

    + Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance​

    + Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and operational goals

    + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processes

    + Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    + Effective communication and problem-solving skills

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

    + Capable of standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

    + Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

    + Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate equipment and perform inspections

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by site safety standards
