The Role

We're seeking an experienced Lead Product Owner to join our team and help drive the vision and execution of our Lumen Security & NaaS products. In this pivotal role, you'll work at the intersection of Product Management, Architecture, and multiple development teams to help shape our product roadmap and deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

The Main Responsibilities

+ Works collaboratively with other members of the organization to facilitate, explore, and decide upon solution alternatives to business problems and examines the cost/benefit analyses of design alternatives while considering the long-term roadmap

+ Works closely with business partners and technical staff to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

+ Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure products meet market needs

+ Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements

+ Write clear, comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria that enable development teams to deliver high-quality features

+ Facilitate all aspects of the Scrum process, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews

+ Help guide and facilitate development teams through AWS migration efforts, ensuring product requirements align with cloud architecture

+ Lead the development and refinement of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our security and NaaS product offerings

What We Look For in a Candidate

+ 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Developer in telecommunications or network technology

+ Demonstrated success leading complex products through full lifecycle development

+ Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments

+ Experience working with APIs and understanding their importance in product architecture

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

+ Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams

+ Familiarity with networking concepts, automation, and telecommunications industry trends

+ Experience with backlog management and user story writing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
