    How will you make an impact in this role?

     

    This role is responsible managing the operational engagement of an assigned portfolio of Airline partnerships and airline programs.

     

    The role manages end to end operational engagement of suppliers within their account portfolios. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance and integrity of Supplier information within American Express platforms conducting regular air pricing audits and preparing comparative market reports. Detailed tracking of Supplier operational errors will involve identification of root cause, reporting, and follow through to corrective permanent resolution. In addition, this role coordinates partner communication assets for assigned portfolio including TLS communications.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    + Private fare audit and analysis of multiple air programs and contracts

    + Reporting of airline effectiveness in problem resolution

    + Communication skills needed for internal operations and external supplier relationship management

    + Audit multiple air program communication tools to align consistent data

    + Tracking of all air partner-related operational inquiries and resolution times

    + Relationship management of assigned portfolio to opportunities that align with TLS Marketing strategy and program growth targets

    + Prepare and report data utilizing Tableau, nVision and TLS Dashboard to support partner meetings

    + Collaborate effectively with Strategic Partnerships Team to ensure compliance of operational content

    + Maintain and update internal references (CHC/MAPS) with air partner information

    Qualifications:

    TLS is a fast-paced dynamic environment where team members thrive when they demonstrate an ability to drive results efficiently.

     

    + Minimum of 3 years of recent international travel reservations is required.

    + Airline industry experience is highly preferred

    + Working knowledge of GDS/Sabre is required.

    + Knowledge of international fare construction and ATPCO fare construction principles is highly preferred.

    + Knowledge of travel agency sales reporting and agency accounting is highly preferred.

    + Professional written and verbal communication skills for dealing with internal and external partners.

    + Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required in daily work.

    + Able to multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with great attention to detail.

    + Must be highly productive in a self-directed work environment

    + Must be able to quickly learn and integrate policy and procedures; knowledge of American Express ticketing/back office/servicing procedures is highly preferred

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
