Position Purpose:

Join our dedicated team at Trinity Health PACE as an OT/PT Aide, where you will play a vital non-clinical support role within the therapy department. Help us deliver compassionate, person-centered care to a frail and elderly population while supporting therapists and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You Will Do:

+ Assist participants with therapy equipment, exercises, and hydrotherapy prep/cleanup

+ Maintain and organize therapy areas and equipment

+ Communicate with therapists regarding participant status and needs

+ Perform clerical duties, maintain inventory, and support a calm, warm environment

+ Attend trainings and follow all safety and ethical standards

+ Support disaster recovery plans and collaborate across departments

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ year experience working with elderly/frail populations, or willingness to be trained

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

+ Strong interpersonal skills, independence, and flexibility
