**Summary of Position (Job Purpose)** _- Major purpose and functions of the position._

The position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of Sameday ecommerce discretionary growth strategies utilizing Instacart and Uber Eats while enabling the team to exceed annual sales goals. This role will lead onboarding activities associated with ecommerce enrichment data to align with seasonal flows as well as regular and fashion assortment updates for Web/APP, Marketplaces through partnership with our Digital Commerce Teams, Merchant Teams, Photography Teams and Vendors. This role will require significant collaboration with our stores Merchandising teams to ensure we are sufficiently aligned and supporting stores strategies as well.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities** _- Primary responsibilities listed in order of importance_

+ Responsible for supporting the Sameday Ecommerce discretionary business to exceed annual sales goals.

+ Responsible for sku/item life cycle assortment and maintenance, adding new items and removing discontinued products.

+ Responsible for SOP creation to help operationalize product content life cycle processes.

+ Duties involve coordination, management, and build of Ecommerce enrichment data including requesting, receiving, organizing, and tracking the Merchandise Information Forms ( **MIFF** )

+ Train, communicate, and partner with Vendors and Merchants on Product Onboarding.

+ Assist with planning, executing, and measuring marketing and promotional efforts to drive awareness, trial, and incremental sales.

+ Assist with Reporting and Analysis with proactive recommendations for business growth.

+ Assist with Vendor Invoice reconciliation, management, and payment.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications** _- Summary of knowledge, experience and education required._

+ Proven ability to develop plans and to execute with excellence to drive results.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

+ Strong communication skills both written and verbal and strong collaboration skills

+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects/tasks

+ Ability to learn new systems and reporting such as Google Analytics, Business Objects, Power BI, and Product Information Management Dashboards

+ Sense of urgency to complete projects/tasks

+ Willingness to learn and take on other responsibilities as assigned
