Client Account Representative (11:30 AM-8 PM EST)

Your role:
+ Serving as the main point of contact, ensuring expectations are met and inquiries are addressed promptly. Fielding calls and emails, providing timely updates on patient processes and status.
+ Facilitating communication between Account Executives, Practices, and internal departments such as Customer Service, Clinical Admin, and Monitoring Center. Coordinating responses to product and process questions, ensuring smooth operational handoffs.
+ Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on inquiries and feedback to identify service trends and improvement opportunities.
+ Re-educating Account Executives and Practices on policies and procedures via phone, ensuring consistent understanding and compliance. Supports onboarding by enrolling new physician offices and staff using standardized forms.
+ Utilizes multiple systems to research, document, and support service-related activities. Maintains accurate records to support internal reporting and decision-making.
You're the right fit if:
+ No prior experience required. 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center or sales support (a plus).
+ Your skills include:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and intermediate computer skills.
+ Ability to work in multiple computer systems simultaneously.
+ You have a high school diploma, vocational education or a GED.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re an excellent communicator, have strong attention to detail and time management, with the ability to multitask.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $19.00 to $29.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
