    About the Role

     

    As a TSR, you'll leverage your operational expertise and product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions to clients. You'll represent a portfolio of Artificail Lift cutting-edge tools, technologies, and services, helping clients solve complex challenges and enhance performance.

     

    This is more than just a sales role — it's a consultative partnership built on field credibility and cross-segment collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage the full field sales lifecycle: from opportunity discovery to close

    + Build strong customer relationships and understand operational needs

    + Deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and bids

    + Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities across product lines

    + Serve as the voice of the customer to internal product teams

    + Visit client sites (rigs, warehouses, offices) to ensure alignment and satisfaction

    + Execute sales strategies and account plans to meet revenue goals

    + Contribute to forecasts, budgets, and growth plans

    + Drive margin improvements through solution-focused, value-based selling

    What We’re Looking For

    + Proven experience in technical sales within the oil & gas services industry

    + Strong operational understanding of field equipment and service delivery

    + Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    + Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments

    + Willingness to travel to rig sites and remote facilities

    + Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term client success
