    Job Summary:

    The Methodist Transplant Institute in San Antonio, Texas is searching for a transplant hepatologist to serve the liver transplant and hepatology program. The program is a hospital- based program at Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant which is 250 bed hospital dedicated to transplant service. Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant is part of a larger health system, with eleven hospitals, known as Methodist Healthcare, and recognized as the most respected and preferred healthcare provider in South Texas. We are recruiting a hepatologist to join our employed practice model, with an outstanding 24 year track record.

    Job Details:

    + Work closely with the surgical director of liver transplant to support the growth of the renowned transplant program

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Strong transplant hepatology experience a plus, but not required

    + Completion of transplant hepatology fellowship

    + Texas license eligible
