+ **Location:** FULLY REMOTE with limited travel required, Candidate MUST reside in or near the 4-county region we serve (Santa Rosa, Escambia, Okaloosa or FT Walton)

Responsibilities
Work with professionals who provide services with the intention of building capacity and maintaining quality of services.
+ Coach in assigned area in a collaborative model of observation, demonstration and reflection to promote quality support and service through training and in-field mentoring.
+ Facilitate professional collaborative groups among professionals both locally and in tandem with communities of practice with a focus on capacity building.
+ Collect, analyze and report quality assurance data related to external community healthcare professionals to ensure fidelity of intervention practices and compliance with policy.
+ Provide direct on-site observation, evaluation, individual and/or group consultation and document review.
+ Participate in multidisciplinary assessments and may participate in internal and external quality assurance activities.
Requirements
Education:
+ High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
+ Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
+ 5 years of experience required.
+ 10 years of experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
We are looking for experienced OT, PT, SLP, or ITDS with prior experience working with children birth to age 3.
The Following is Required:
1. A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university with emphasis in a field relevant to Part C service delivery such as: psychology, social work, health education, interdisciplinary sociology, early childhood, childhood development or special education.
2. Knowledge of Part C and the Florida Early Steps Program.
3. Experience providing early intervention services to families and children birth to age 3 in natural environments.
4. Experience working with adult learners.
5. Effective communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
6. Comfortable with technology and technology applications.
7. A clear level II background screening.
The following is recommended:
1. Advanced knowledge of developmentally appropriate, routine based and evidence informed early intervention practices.
2. Experience designing, delivering and evaluating professional development.
3. Experience coaching, consulting or mentoring practitioners or families.
4. Experience collecting and analyzing professional development implementation and family and child outcome data.
