• Tier 3/ Lead Install Technician

    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a lead technician in the Memphis, TN area. This person will be responsible for running the job site, reporting project progress back to the project manager and evaluating the work that has been done by the junior techs, while also supporting with hands on work as well. This role will be very collaborative and work cross functionally with the general contractor, project manager and engineering managers to make sure that they are effectively delivering on the customers requirements and following the outlined blueprints. This person will be responsible for covering jobs within the greater Memphis area and be comfortable with driving travel up to 30% of the year.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2-3 years of commercial AV install experience

    Working with their core AV products

    • Crestron, BIAMP, CISCO, Logistic

     

    - Experience leading a team in the field

     

    Leading crews, holding them accountable, deliver various actions of the job site.

     

    - Self starter- Must be able to come in and hit the ground running

     

    Comfortable travel up to 30% of the year (all driving- furthest would be 3-4 hours) CTS
