    Job Description

    This local to Chicago Digital Web Agency is looking to hire a Salesforce Practice Lead to help build our Salesforce practice. They will work closely with our clients and help with critical digital transformation activities that optimize costs, drive efficiencies and deliver business outcomes. This individual will be responsible for business development, strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, project and client oversight and growth. They will work directly with Salesforce to help pipeline new projects & services. An excellent candidate will have implementation experience with Salesforce, great interpersonal skills to navigate inside sales, & an understanding of Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7+ years experience in Salesforce implementations

     

    Previous experience at a large consultancy or within Salesforce

     

    Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects across multiple industries

     

    Strong leadership capabilities to scale and manage a high-performing team

    Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills

    A leader within the industry that provides exceptional strategic and functional leadership of digital transformations and enterprise-level implementation Commerce & Marketing Cloud
