    Job Description

    Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions, presenting information in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences.

     

    Write curriculum and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, tip sheets, and exercise books, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant, especially with Epic upgrades.

     

    Ensure the training environment is functioning correctly and that all necessary resources are available for training sessions.

     

    Assess user competency through proficiency assessments and class evaluations, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement in the training program.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Epic Certified in Inpatient Modules (Orders, ClinDoc, Stork, ASAP, OpTime/Anesthesia)

     

    Experience building and maintaining the Master Training Environment (MST) and creating training curriculum

    5+ years of experience supporting/teaching Epic EMR null
