Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support a major Telecom with a new chatbot channel. This role will focus on defining and managing data tracking requirements to support robust measurement and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tag Management Systems, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture across chatbot interactions.

Skills and Requirements

-6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with an expertise in requirement gathering.

-Strong experience with Marketing analytics technologies (preferably Adobe Analytics)

-Experience working with Tag Management System (TMS)

-Experience conducting root cause analysis with a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics

-Experience working with data & understanding how/where data is being tracked -Basic understanding of front end technologies like JavaScript, HTML & CSS

-Previous chat bot experience null
