Job Description

We are seeking an early-career professional who is eager to learn about the Contact Center technology landscape and contribute to a high-impact transformation initiative. This role reports directly to the Head of Engineering for the Contact Center and will play a key role in bringing structure and organization to a large, diverse engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating clarity and driving operational excellence through transparency, accountability, and effective reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Downtown Boston, with an expectation of being onsite up to four days per week. Pay for this role ranges from $28-35/hr based on years of experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Support the engineering team by implementing organizational frameworks that enhance visibility and accountability.

Assist in tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and maintaining clear documentation.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and momentum across initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear and compelling presentations.

- Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools.

- Strong organizational skills - familiarity with IT and/or engineering
