Praha Village, a Cassia community, is hiring a Caregiver/ Scheduler (CNA, PCA, or HHA) to join our team! We take pride in our work and work as a close-knit team to enrich our residents' lives.

This role primarily serves to respond to call-ins and provide shift coverage when there is no backup available and  deliver quality and compassionate care to our residents in assisted living and memory care.

Position Type: Full-Time

Shift Available:

WEEK 1  M:Caregiver, T:Scheduler, W:Caregiver, Th: Scheduler, F: Caregiver,

WEEK 2 M: Scheduler, T: OFF, W: Caregiver, Th: OFF, F: Scheduler

Wage Range: $22 - $23/ hour depending on experience. $25 / hour when doing the on-call phone coverage at night.

Caregiver/Scheduler Responsibilities:

+ Schedule Caregivers to ensure adequate coverage.

+ Assist with completing employee timecards in an accurate and timely manner.

+ Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.

+ Assist with mobility and transportation care.

+ Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.

+ Document services performed on client service sheets and on medication administration sheets.

+ Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

+ Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.

Caregiver/Scheduler Qualifications:

+ Must have 1 year of Caregiving experience in an Assisted Living or Nursing Home

+ Prior experience administering medication preferred but not required. We will train you!

+ A compassionate attitude and willingness to work with elderly adults.

+ Working knowledge of computer hardware and software.

+ Ability to read, write, and speak English.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.

+ Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

+ Must be 18 years or older.
