Description
**Compensation Range for this Role:** $24 to $31/hr.
General Responsibilities:
+ Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships
+ Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performed
+ Earn and maintain customer’s trust

+ Work well with others to accomplish the mission of the organization and of the job
Specific Responsibilities:
+ Work with VDC Coordinators & Field on complex builds
+ Responsible for detailing custom prefab orders
+ Responsible for QA/QC of custom prefab order drawings
+ Attend internal kick off meetings to speak about prefab ideas for the upcoming project
+ **Other duties as may be assigned**

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent and an A.A.S. Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or equivalent are required. A minimum of three years of industry working experience is preferred.
