+ Lead the Trust’s digital transformation, including AI integration, process automation, and improved use of data for decision-making and fundraising.

+ Direct all aspects of Trust enterprise systems, including the donor CRM, data warehouse, online fundraising platforms, internal knowledge/content management systems, and the Trust website.

+ Guide the successful selection, planning, design, testing, launch, and user adoption of new technology tools and systems in collaboration with Trust business units.

+ Oversee the development and enforcement of policies to integrate data across the Trust’s systems and support the creation of a comprehensive data strategy.

+ Collaborate with senior managers to promote user adoption and technical proficiency across departments.

+ Implement strong project governance, change management, and delivery practices across the Trust’s technology portfolio.

+ Maintain strong working relationships with BCH IT leadership to align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and infrastructure priorities.

+ Manage the Trust’s annual and capital technology budgets, ensuring resources are aligned with strategic goals.

    Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

+ At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology solutions, web development, and technical services, including 5 years of direct supervisory experience in a highly complex organization.

+ 5 years of experience managing a technical team in a fundraising environment, ideally within an academic medical center or higher education setting preferred.

+ Must have at least 5 years of experience working with a CRM enterprise system.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation, including AI initiatives, in a mission-driven organization.

+ Strong understanding of data standards and security, particularly in environments with high regulatory standards.

+ Proven track record in developing and executing strategic and tactical technology plans.

+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

+ Ability to collaborate and influence across departments and function effectively as both a leader and team member.
