    About the Team

     

    ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. is hiring for Assembly, CNC Machinists, and Internal Logistics positions. These roles are available for full-time and/or part-time work, depending on candidate availability.

     

    The team at ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines.

     

    Job Roles

    Assembly Team:

    + **Assembler** : Responsible for assembling and testing various company products while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

    Machine Shop Team:

    + **CNC Operator/Machinist** : Responsible for producing parts for saleable products by operating one or more machining centers, turning centers, or hand operation centers, while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

    Logistics Team:

    + **Logistics Associate** : Assist in areas such as Shipping, Receiving, Parts Room, and Pack Line. Responsibilities include receiving raw materials and supplies, pulling parts for production, packing finished goods for shipment, and shipping final products to customers.

    Your Profile

    + **Education** : High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + **Physical Requirements** : Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly, and 50 pounds occasionally.

    + **Technical Skills** : Ability to operate a computer and other electronic equipment.

    + **Mathematical Skills** : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    + **Problem-Solving Skills** : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    + **Communication Skills** : Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence, and effectively communicate within the organization.

    + **Blueprint Familiarity** : Necessary for the role.

    + **Hand Tools Experience** : Preferred, especially with tools like torque wrenches.

    + **Machinist Certification or Experience** : Required for CNC Machinists.

    + **ERP Systems and Microsoft Suite** : Experience desired.

    Compensation

    + **Base Compensation** : Ranges from $17.50 to $29.00 per hour, varying based on position-related factors.

    + **Shift Differential** : Additional $1.50 per hour for second or third shift hours.
