What we want
The multimedia project coordinator would serve as the main photographer for Texas A&M Athletics and produce quality action and portrait images of student-athletes, coaches and facilities. The multimedia project coordinator would also oversee and train a small group of student photographers. The multimedia project coordinator would oversee Athletics' digital asset management and properly identify and archive images. The multimedia project coordinator would be social media-friendly with the creation of images.

Salary: W ill be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Three years of full-time experience as a multimedia specialist or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
+ Proven experience shooting NCAA events
+ Creative social media knowledge
Responsibilities
Project Management
+ Meets with stakeholders to determine multimedia project needs, requirements and timelines.
Manage Digital Media
+ Creates, produces, shoots and edits digital media content, especially action and portrait imagery.
Manages On-line and Social Media Content
+ Develops, creates and integrates photos into online and social media.
Archives
+ Manages and archives department digital assets
Consulting
+ Provides consulting and support on multimedia projects.
Supervises
+ Manage student workers and photographers.
Compliance
+ Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations.
+ Establishes and ensures communication and enforcement of rules and regulations for all staff members and student workers supervised.
