Our client, a leader in Knowledge Management, is seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator to join their team. As a Knowledge Management Coordinator, you will be part of the Knowledge Management department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Identify, collect, and organize large amounts of technical content across diverse groups.

+ Guide and support a team in technical writing while performing technical writing tasks.

+ Utilize analytical skills and creativity to link content and recommend best practices in knowledge management.

+ Contextualize information for senior-level stakeholders to enhance understanding and usability.

+ Engage with generative AI or virtual assistant capabilities to improve knowledge management processes.

What's Needed?

+ Experience as a curator of technical information in a large complex organization.

+ Ability to perform technical writing and guide other technical writers.

+ Familiarity with industry-standard content management and knowledge automation solutions (e.g., Confluence, Service Now).

+ Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.

+ Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.
