Our client, a leading manufacturer in the packaging and paper industry, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting plant operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion—all of which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Moses Lake, WA
**Pay Range:** $23–$26/hour DOE
What’s the Job?
+ Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts, including outreach, screening, and onboarding
+ Maintain compliance with federal contractor requirements and Affirmative Action Planning
+ Support employee relations, benefits administration, and HR file maintenance
+ Manage hourly payroll coding, attendance tracking, and disciplinary documentation
+ Organize employee engagement events and assist with administrative tasks across departments
What’s Needed?
+ Minimum 3 years of HR administrative experience; degree in HR or related field preferred
+ Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
+ Strong attention to detail and high-level communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or HRIS experience highly desirable
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift, non-union manufacturing environment
