    Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their team. As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will be part of the Risk Technology group supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Looking for a BA / PM with strong banking and commercial loans knowledge

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC (Onsite 2x/week mandatory)

     

    (Due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors in any way - all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2)

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead Business Analysis and Agile Project Management for Risk Technology projects.

    + Understand and document business requirements using Agile methodology, translating them into JIRA work items.

    + Implement requirements traceability for Management, Audit, and other stakeholders.

    + Prioritize work by setting and meeting realistic deadlines while managing project budgets and resources.

    + Continuously improve Agile processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    + 10+ years of experience, preferably in Risk Technology initiatives using Agile methodology.

    + 5+ years of experience working in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Commercial Lending.

    + Experience with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques.

    + Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio/Gliffy, SharePoint, and Office365.
