    Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking an Order Selector to join their team. As an Order Selector, you will be part of the operations supporting the logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Order Selector

    **Location:** Mechanicsville, VA

    **Pay Range:** $18.00/hr

    **Shift:** Monday-Friday 7AM-1PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Unload material to match shipper and bill of materials and provide to the receiving clerk.

    + Move material to correct staging and point of use locations.

    + Stock all lean cell FIFO racks, point of use locations, and floor stock areas.

    + Wrap and weigh all materials from lines or shipped out of the plant, ensuring all paperwork matches the material being shipped.

    + Monitor production work areas for visual signals and take corrective actions to prevent stockouts.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to lift workloads up to 45 lbs and perform tasks requiring walking, reaching, and bending.

    + Accurate and timely order picking from picklists for delivery to production lines.

    + Capability to plan and execute multiple short-duration tasks with minimal instruction.

    + High School diploma or GED required.

    + No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
