    **Job Title:** Operator I – Manufacturing (Overmold)

    **Location:** Loveland, CO

    **Type:** Full-time | Temp-to-Hire | Onsite

    **Pay:** $21.00 – $24.00/hour depending on shift

    Available Shifts

    + **Weekend Shift:** Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + **2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

    **Note:** All positions begin with 1st shift training (Monday–Friday, daytime) for 2–4 weeks before moving to the assigned schedule.

    Position Summary

    We’re hiring dependable, hands-on Manufacturing Operators to join the Overmold production team for a well-established client in Loveland. These are **temp-to-hire** opportunities with long-term potential. You’ll be responsible for cable processing and light assembly work in a clean, safety-conscious environment supporting sensor production.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Cut cables to specific lengths, bundle them, and strip the ends for sensor prep.

    + Assist in producing overmolded components for downstream lab use.

    + Assemble, pick, and package materials based on work instructions and production signals.

    + Operate basic tools or equipment as needed.

    + Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks.

    + Accurately enter production and material transactions into internal systems.

    + Attend and contribute to daily team meetings focused on planning and process improvements.

    + Complete inventory tasks such as cycle counting and material handling.

    + Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and safety standards.

    + Follow safety protocols including PPE use, proper tool handling, and lockout/tagout procedures.

    + Cross-train in other departments or on new equipment as needed.

    + Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + No prior manufacturing experience necessary—training is provided.

    + Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

    + Comfortable standing and performing physical work for extended periods.

    + Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to assigned schedule.
