    Our client, a major logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team in Shepherdsville, KY. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting the warehouse department. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    This is a TEMP TO HIRE

     

    Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead

     

    Pay Range: $21 - $22/hr.

     

    Shifts available: 1 st shift 5:00am – 3:00pm

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Processes shipping or receiving documentation

    + Physically receives, stores, packages, labels, and ships freight

    + Oversees many of the daily activities for an account, department or station of a warehouse operation including the effective use of staff

    + Aids in the development and growth of all accounts assigned in coordination with sales and management

    + May utilize barcode scanning equipment

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment

    + **Bilingual is preferred! Additional pay bump for bilingual candidates**

    + Must have experience operating a forklift/cherry picker

    + Must be able to communicate and understand English

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Reliable transportation

    + Current Resume
