    Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Purchasing Specialist Mandarin Bilingual to join their team. As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Purchasing Specialist Mandarin Bilingual

    **Location:** Jacksonville, FL - Westside

    **Pay Range:** $60,000 - $80,000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Execute purchasing tasks based on demand from equipment, MRO, and BOM categories.

    + Identify supplier sources, hold meetings with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project timelines.

    + Track procurement requests in SAP and SCM, manage order processes, and ensure on-time arrival.

    + Coordinate invoicing and prepayments through SAP, monitoring outstanding payments and resolving issues.

    + Develop new suppliers and maintain qualified vendor lists, conducting annual assessments and classifications.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + **Fluency in Mandarin and English.**

    + Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    + Experience with procurement processes and inventory management.

    + Proficiency in SAP and SCM systems.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
