Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Sparks Glencoe, MD

**Pay Range:** $18.55/hr

**Shift:** 3rd Shift (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM)

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine setup, operation, and minor maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

+ Inspect in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and remove defective products.

+ Assist with root-cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions.

+ Ensure accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance documents.

+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic issues associated with machine performance and product quality.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.

+ Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team setting.

+ Strong attention to detail and punctuality to ensure production schedules are met.

+ Basic proficiency with PCs and the ability to follow simple diagrams and procedures.

+ Must demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
