Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer - to join their team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic development team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack

What's the Job?

+ Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript

+ Design and implement backend services and APIs in Go

+ Optimize full-stack performance and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices

+ Translate product requirements into technical solutions with clean, well-documented code

+ Lead design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

What's Needed?

+ Deep experience in full-stack development with React, Go, and AWS

+ Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS using Kubernetes

+ Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies

+ Ability to mentor and support junior developers on technical design and implementation

+ Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
