Our client, a leading technical company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the customer service team supporting product installations and technical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity.

**Job Title:** Field Service Technician (Direct Hire)

**Location:** Multiple Locations - 100% Travel (US, Canada & Mexico)

**Pay Range:** $25-$28 an hour plus overtime

**Overtime:** 20 hours of overtime (Driving, Waiting in Airports)

**Shift:** 1st Shift Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

+ Perform a variety of technical field service duties, including new product installations, equipment start-up, functional testing, and customer training.

+ Act as a professional company representative, ensuring exceptional customer service at customer locations or in any service support role.

+ Read, understand, and work with blueprints, drawings, schematics, manuals, and other specifications.

+ Document machine data, service history, and quality information.

+ Assist customers with parts identification and ordering.

What's Needed?

+ Two-year Technical Associate's Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Laser Technology) or equivalent technical school training and military/industrial experience.

+ Minimum two years of hands-on electronic/assembly repair experience, with CNC fabrication machinery equipment repair strongly desired.

+ Valid, clean driver's license and credit card.

+ Willingness to travel domestically up to 100% to provide customer service support.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
