    Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Product Support Specialist Sr. II to join their team. As a Product Support Specialist Sr. II, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Product Support Specialist Sr. II

    **Location:** Princeton, NJ

     

    Pay Range: $30-34/ hr on w2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide direct support to internal and external customers on the business's portfolio of products.

    + Respond to customer inquiries via multimedia channels, including phone and email.

    + Analyze customer complaints and diagnose probable causes to provide effective troubleshooting solutions.

    + Educate customers on product usage and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.

    + Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System, documenting complaints in accordance with Quality standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the sciences or a medically-related field.

    + 3-5 years of experience in an FDA regulated environment.

    + Ability to assimilate complex technical information and make independent decisions in a fast-paced setting.

    + Strong aptitude for using various databases and computer software to complete tasks.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and accurately.
