    As a Recruiter you will be working directly for Manpower, one of the largest staffing firms in the world supporting the Philadelphia Market. The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting experience, a strong attention to detail and go-getter personality which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Recruiter

     

    Pay Range: $25 Hr.

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Full-Cycle Recruiting

    + Customer Service

    + Manage weekly payroll

    + Maintain accurate associate and client files

    + Other office tasks assigned

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Ability to multitask

    + Strong sense of urgency

    + Previous recruiting (preferably in Light Industrial)

    + Sales experience a plus

    + Ability to work independently but also a team player
