Amazon’s North American Sort Center (NASC), ACES Operations Integration team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Program Manager to help develop world-class middle mile systems that deliver on time for the customer and at optimal cost. Operations Integration is a Program Management team responsible for the ideation and integration of operator tools, quality performance initiatives, & network scaling mechanisms into the North American Sort Center network. The team is focused on providing solutions that positively impact daily execution and shape the forward looking vision of the network.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and Implement Innovative Solutions: Develop operational requirements and deploy new processes, hardware, and software across the network
- Drive Network Excellence: Create metrics and mechanisms that maximize compliance and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate network changes and strategic programs to diverse teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with global Amazon business units to share best practices and enhance end-to-end outcomes
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensure data integrity and accessibility to support performance optimization

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
