    Position Responsibilities:

    Partner with the WWOps HR and TA leadership team and work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders (most frequently with Finance, Recruiting, Talent Management) to understand business goals and priorities, in order to effectively and accurately strategize, plan, and execute initiatives as it relates to workforce plans. Perform advanced business analysis using various techniques (e.g. statistical, explanatory and predictive modeling and SQL data mining). Utilize expertise in statistical analysis, and workforce planning, SQL, data warehousing, statistical analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Amazon QuickSight; extracting and processing data using SQL and Excel. Create and execute the global data visualization strategy for WW Ops TA demand planning. Create, update, and maintain multiple dashboards and data sources to feed global automated reporting. Lead partnerships with customers to define and prioritize work items for execution using data driven insights. Lead partnerships with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams and project manage the delivery of demand planning tools.

     

    40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $211,536/year to $212,600/year.

    Basic Qualifications

    Position Requirements:

    Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a program manager, project manager, or another related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’ degree and three years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) delivering cross functional projects and working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams; (2) conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments; (3) defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements; (4) data visualization; and (5) process automation.#0000
