Schedule: M-F Day Day Shift
Pay Rate: $25-$45/hr DOE
Travel: Up to 15%
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Operate ion implant systems and work with internal teams and customers to define demonstration conditions and run product evaluations.
+ Maintain and calibrate equipment, including robotic and wafer handling systems, with a focus on safety and hazard awareness.
+ Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, collaborating with experts when needed.
+ Analyze system performance and recommend improvements based on data and observations.
+ Collaborate across teams to create and execute test plans, ensuring tools deliver value and meet configuration standards.
+ Expand technical expertise and deepen understanding of the science behind product performance.
+ Support customer demos by preparing systems with process engineers to meet performance specifications.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
+ Ability to perform physical maintenance and repair tasks while using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
