About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Engineer on our ServiceNow Core Platform Engineering team. The Core Engineering team is responsible for supporting the foundation of the ServiceNow platform that is shared and leveraged by the other ServiceNow product tenants.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
+ Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
+ Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
+ Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ years of ServiceNow Software Engineering experience
Desired Qualifications:
+ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (required within 6 months)
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or willingness to obtain.
+ Experience with building Service Catalog request items.
+ Experience with maintaining MID servers, performing cloning, and data archiving.
+ Designing and implementing solutions in the ServiceNow environment.
+ Help manage security and access controls of ServiceNow.
+ Assist with Upgrade and Patching related tasks, including managing skipped updates.
+ Collaborate to help find solutions for business needs.
+ Provide estimates for requested work efforts.
+ Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies.
+ Ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
Job Expectations:
+ Hybrid with at least 3 days in office.
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
+ Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,000.00 - $196,000.00
