    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager. This manager will be in personal lending within consumer Lending. You will be responsible for building strategy & requirements for digital platforms and properties to achieve business outcomes. Ensures stakeholder management across business. Works with XD and Technology to develop software solutions.

    In this role, you will:

    + Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment

    + Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy

    + Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

    + Independently resolve complex issues

    + Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

    + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

    + Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.

    + Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.

    + Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

    + Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.

    + Consult with dependent product partners (including legal, risk, compliance, and control) on digital application capabilities required to meet business growth objectives.

    + Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

    + Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.

    + Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.

    + Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.

    + Experience with Agile Scrum methods and Confluence and JIRA tools suite.

    + Demonstrate ongoing knowledge and experience of financial services and Banking industry including products, systems, processes, and data.

    + Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business leaders.

    + Prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience with Financial Services or Fintech industry

    + Experience working on an unsecured lending product team

    + 3+ year of Agile methodology experience

    + Experience creating user stories

    + Experience writing acceptance criteria

    + Technical Product background

    + 4+ years of experience in with Jira, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, and Confluence

    + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

    + 3+ years of experience managing tradeoffs and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap

    + Experience transitioning teams to agile product and portfolio management

    + 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, managing tradeoffs, and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap

    + 3+ years of experience leading the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives enterprise-wide while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance

    + Previous experience enabling new features for merchant experience

    + Prior successful work leading scrum teams in a matrixed environment

    + Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical group
