    Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a full-time OT to join our growing, multidisciplinary team. We’re a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Missoula, MT, offering a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment in a beautiful, light-filled space.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Licensed Occupational Therapist (Montana)

    + Advanced degree in OT

    + Pediatric experience (3+ years preferred; new grads welcome!)

    + CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days)

    + Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy

    + Bonus if you’re trained in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, or other pediatric specialties (not required)

    Job Duties:

    + Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations

    + Create and implement individualized treatment plans

    + Deliver engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy

    + Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and fellow therapists

    + Document services clearly and promptly (daily notes, evals, progress notes)

    + Attend team meetings and contribute to our positive clinic culture

    + Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional growth

    + Comply with HIPAA and uphold confidentiality standards
