    Description

    A leading client is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns. This individual will focus on building scalable workflows, managing automation tools, and driving results across email, CRM, and digital marketing channels.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and implement marketing automation campaigns across platforms (email, SMS, CRM)

    + Manage audience segmentation, lead nurturing workflows, and trigger-based messaging

    + Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign planning, execution, and reporting

    + Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and recommend optimizations

    + Ensure data accuracy across automation platforms and CRMs

    + Conduct A/B testing, manage lead scoring models, and support lifecycle marketing efforts

    + Maintain best practices in deliverability, compliance, and audience engagement

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation or digital campaign execution

    + Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo

    + Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration workflows

    + Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred)

    + Experience with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication and time management abilities

    Preferred Experience:

    + B2B or B2C campaign execution

    + eCommerce or SaaS experience

    + Integration experience with platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, or WordPress
