Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Oceanside, California. In this role, you will oversee key financial operations related to invoice processing, account reconciliation, and payment management. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounts payable processes and demonstrate strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform three-way matching of vouchers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Process non-purchase order invoices efficiently and accurately.

• Handle regular check runs and manage international payment transactions.

• Process rent, utility, and telecom invoices, including preparing necessary accruals.

• Reconcile accounts payable trade and intercompany accounts to maintain accurate records.

• Conduct reconciliation of Received Not Vouchered accounts to resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain thorough and organized records of all payments and invoices for audit purposes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline accounts payable operations.

• Support auditing processes by providing required documentation and resolving inquiries. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable processes, including accrual accounting and account coding.

• Proficiency with accounting software systems such as ADP, Concur, and ERP platforms.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable functions, including automated clearing house (ACH) transactions.

• Familiarity with auditing practices and financial reconciliation.

• Ability to manage high volumes of invoices with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with various teams.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
