    • What You’ll Do As A Mutual Fund Paralegal:

    •️ Support attorneys with fund registration updates, compliance documentation, and organizational tasks related to mutual funds & ETFs

    •️ Assist in fund product development, launches, and reorganizations 📈

    •️ Prepare materials for Board of Directors and committee meetings using tools like Diligent Boards 📄

    •️ Coordinate fund contracts and shareholder reports, and assist with tender offer filings

    •️ Organize and maintain fund records and keep officer/manager databases updated

    Requirements

    • Your Qualifications:

    • College degree & Paralegal certificate

    •️ Minimum 5 years of experience in a mutual fund legal department or similar law firm settings

    •️ Expertise in working with open-end, closed-end, and exchange-traded funds

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management tools like Diligent Boards software
