Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the office runs smoothly. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks, including handling mail, document services, front desk support, restocking supplies, light cleaning, and setting up shared spaces. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages

+ Perform copy, print, scan, and fax tasks for staff as needed

+ Manage front desk duties, including guest check-in/check-out

+ Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events

+ Restock beverages, snacks, and general office supplies regularly

+ Perform light cleaning duties (wiping down surfaces, tidying kitchens/common areas, etc.)

+ Monitor supply levels and notify appropriate personnel when reordering is needed

+ Assist with ad hoc office tasks and projects as requested

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, or facilities support role

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

+ Friendly and professional communication skills

+ Basic computer skills (e.g., email, document printing/scanning)

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., restocking supplies)

Work Environment:

+ Office-based, with regular walking, standing, and light physical activity
