    Description

    We are looking for a Vendor Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring vendor compliance, managing third-party risks, and supporting IT administrative functions. Your contributions will help drive operational efficiency and enhance the organization's risk management strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with third-party risk management guidelines.

    • Analyze vendor performance data and identify areas of vulnerability or improvement.

    • Review and reconcile vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

    • Collaborate across departments to address billing or service-related issues effectively.

    • Prepare detailed financial reports and performance analyses for vendor management.

    • Track and monitor IT assets, including purchases and inventory management.

    • Develop and manage budgets related to vendor and IT administrative functions.

    • Support business continuity initiatives through monitoring and reporting processes.

    • Conduct risk assessments for vendors and recommend actionable strategies.

    • Ensure alignment of vendor management practices with organizational policies and compliance standards.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, compliance, or vendor management.

     

    • Strong knowledge of IT risk management and third-party risk assessment protocols.

    • Proven ability to analyze financial statements and reconcile complex invoices.

    • Proficiency in preparing budgets and managing IT asset procurement.

    • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

    • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining vendor records and performance tracking.

    • Familiarity with compliance management tools and methodologies.

    • Ability to identify risks and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities.
