    The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is possibly looking for a Mid Program Analyst to provide research support administration services for our government customer in Aberdeen, MD.

    DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Perform program analysis, scheduling and planning that involves formulating both broad and specific guidelines for planning program elements and sub-elements. The Contractor shall prepare recommendations for Governmental decision regarding program objectives, operating schedules, resource requirements, and overall program plans.

    + Participate in program/budget reviews with all levels of Department of Defense.

    + Responsible for preparing and reviewing programmatic and financial documentations for Government approval to include but not limited to Capability Requirements documentation, Milestone Review documentation, and Impact statements.

    + Serve as an advising member of Programmatic IPTs to examine and assist in the resolution of diverse and cross-cutting issues within the program.

    + Identify and analyze the impacts of DoD, HQDA, and AMC directives on program execution and make recommendations to ensure program is aligned with policies, regulations, and directives.

    + Serve as an advising member of programmatic, financial, and reimbursable program IPTs to examine and resolve diverse and cross-cutting issues with the program.

    + Evaluate business processes, identify potential problems, and recommend process changes to improve organizational efficiency.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    + 5 years of experience required in areas such as - program analysis, scheduling and planning that involves formulating both broad and specific guidelines for planning program elements and sub-elements, preparing recommendations for governmental decision regarding program objectives, operating schedules, resource requirements, and overall program plans.

    + Experience managing Army Programs, budget execution.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    + B.A. /B.S. Degree in a business field required.

    REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

    + Must be U.S. Citizen

    + Must hold an Active Secret (T3) Clearance and be eligible for a CAC card.
