Biddeford and Dayton Schools & Southern Maine Administrative Collaborative are seeking: Business ManagerSpecific Job Details:Starting ASAPThis Business Manager serves three organizations: Biddeford (https://www.biddefordschools.me/) andDayton (https://www.daytonschooldept.org/) Schools &Southern Maine Administrative Collaborative: (https://sites.google.com/smacschools.me/smacschoolsme) Brief Job Duties:1. Assumes responsibilities for an accounting procedure adequate to record in detail all financial transactions and works closely and cooperatively with independent auditors and supplies copies of the audit to the Department ofEducation.2. Supervises the collection, safekeeping, and distribution of all funds.3. Attends meetings of the school Finance Committee and submits a monthly financial statement to the School Committeedetailing the status of each appropriate item.4. Compiles necessary statistical data for the preparation of the fiscal budget, acts as adviser to the superintendent on theschool budget, long-range planning, and all other business and financial questions.5.
