    **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for **Procurement Agents** to join our **Supply Chain** **Secondary Structures Procurement Agent** team in **Everett** , **WA** .

    Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience Senior Level Procurement Agents.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Develops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements.

    + Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives.

    + Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies.

    + Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation process.

    + Prepares and executes negotiated documents.

    + Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

    + Manages contract terminations.

    + Develops organization and company improvement plans.

    Basic Qualifications** ( **Required Skills** / **Experience):

    + 5+ years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes

    + 5+ years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review, preliminary design review, critical design review, parts procurement, installation, testing, and delivery

    + 5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives

    + 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)

    + 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

    + Travel domestically and internationally 25%

    **Preferred Qualifications** ( **Desired Skills** / **Experience** ):

    + Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

    + 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project/program management skills

    + 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    + 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products

    + 5+ years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP

    Summary pay range (Level 4): $108,000 - $125,400
