Description We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our creative team in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful print and digital designs, branding initiatives, and production projects. Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for both print and digital media, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

• Develop branding concepts and materials for internal campaigns, events, and environmental installations.

• Execute production design tasks, including the creation of templates and layouts for various projects.

• Provide design support for presentations, ensuring clarity and high-quality aesthetics.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure creative solutions meet project goals and deadlines. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing work across print and digital platforms.

• Experience in branding and visual identity development.

• Familiarity with production design processes, including templating and layout creation.

• Ability to adapt designs to meet project-specific requirements and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
